The problem
Schools were running admissions, attendance, coursework and parent communication across paper registers, spreadsheets and WhatsApp groups — with no single record a teacher, parent or administrator could rely on.
The approach
Built as a modular platform: separate student, teacher and parent portals sitting on a shared REST API, so each role only sees what it needs. Security is handled with AES-256 encryption in storage and TLS 1.3 in transit, with webhooks and CSV/Excel bulk import for schools migrating off spreadsheets.
